Our intention wasn’t to be the biggest agency in our area, it’s always been to provide a more personable service. We established our estate agency in 2013 with a successful launch in the early spring of 2014, within 2 years we were awarded our first customer service and fee satisfaction awards through the recognised industry award provider ‘allAgents’.
Since then, we have continued to win awards every year, our lettings department has won Gold continually for 5 years and most recently again Gold in 2022. Our sales department has also won awards consistently, 2021 being our best year with Gold for both sales and lettings covering Cirencester, GL7 and Gloucestershire.
Even though our awards have been overwhelming, these haven’t gone to our heads, we continue to appreciate the privilege of dealing with our client’s largest asset, ‘their home’.Compliance
