Paul is amazing. I have dealt with 3 agencies in past property transactions but this was the best experience by far. The most intimidating thing I find in property transactions is getting the feedback from agencies and telling them your requirements which keeps changing unfortunately because of the nature of property transaction as so much is involved in it. And that's where I feel Paul is best in dealings. Its been a while since we have had to buy a property and I'm sure we all have had varying degrees of service from agents and solicitors etc! :( ...However, we would have to say that dealing with Paul & Helen had been a great experience. Not only do they communicate with you at every phase of the process, they really care about you. They are passionate about making sure that you are comfortable with what's going on and they call you before you call them to keep you updated on the purchase. Something else that is really helpful is that have recommended local tradesmen to carry bits of work that we need for those slight changes you might want to do to make the house work for you. I had a feeling my property would sell fairly quickly, but even I was amazed at how quickly Adkins secured an offer for me.
