We know that not all agents are open 7 days a week and some agents can be difficult to get in touch with – but not so with Adkins, we provide a full 7 days a week service and extend our viewing hours until 8pm at night. Our Tenants receive the same level of service and respect as our Landlords, our communication is unquestionable as we provide regular updates throughout the process.
We will arrange a viewing of your chosen property or even group a few together so that we can give you a variety to choose from. All viewings are confirmed via phone and backed up with an email providing the time, date, full address and postcode. Paul, Helen or a member of staff will greet you at the property. Viewings are normally carried out between 8am – 8pm 7 days a week, but if you require a viewing outside of these hours please ask and we will see what we can do.
