We offer either a fully managed or tenant only service for our landlords. For most, fully managed is the best option. This means we deal directly with any tenants, collecting rent and checking the property quarterly taking any hassle out of being a landlord. If you do want a tenant only service, we will help you find a suitable tenant, carry out all the initial checks and take a full inventory. Once they have moved in, we’ll hand management back over to you for the remainder of the tenancy.

Adkins provides the following service options
- Tenant Find Only – Equivalent to the 1st full month’s rent inclusive of vat (minimum fee £550 inc vat applies)
- Tenant Find Only and Rent Collection – Set-up fee £295 inc vat then 6% inc vat (5% +vat) of the monthly rental
- Tenant & Full Management Service – Set-up fee from £295 inc vat to £395 inc vat then 12% inc vat (10% +vat) of the monthly rental
