"Paul was an absolute delight to work with during my time as a tenant. He was extremely professional at all times yet has a friendly manner which puts you at ease straight away. I was always kept thoroughly informed and up to date with any information that I needed to know, and felt in safe hands .......which is rare in this business. I would not hesitate to recommend Adkins to anyone thinking of renting a property from them."

"We saw our new house advertised for sale through Adkins. Paul & Helen showed us around and we fell in love with it right away. We were delighted when our offer was accepted, but we entered the world of the unknown not having sold a house or been part of a chain before. Right from the outset, Adkins were completely confident they would sell our house in the period of exclusivity we had and we had no hesitation in appointing them as the agents on our sale.
Every step of the way their positivity shone through which was very re-assuring. They worked tirelessly to secure the sale of our house, and kept us fully informed every step of the way.
Always at the end of the phone, they also expertly managed the chain, liaising between vendors and solicitors to make sure things moved steadily along.
We can't recommend Adkins enough - a personal service, who won't stop until they have the result for you!"

"Our property had been on the market with another high street agent for six months, but to no avail. One deal fell through, the marketing had become stale and we felt that viewings lacked energy and enthusiasm. Whilst considering our options I spoke with Paul whose gusto and professionalism filled me with fresh hope and expectation. Our sales journey with Paul and Helen was a very smooth and enjoyable one. Their client communication is excellent and they seem to hit an instant rapport with potential purchasers. They sold our property within a month of instruction and it was a huge relief. We benefited hugely from the Adkins' unbounded energy and professionalism and the whole experience was a refreshing change from the normal high street estate agency drudgery!"

"The brief sounded simple: sell the house, exchange and complete by mid October. Also ensure that the sale was to a family and not a student landlord. This was important to ensure that our neighbours, whom we had a fantastic relationship with, weren't left aggrieved.

Paul came around to review our property and after the normal pleasantries we got down to business. Before committing I wanted to see the draft property details as would be seen by any potential customer visiting his or one of the other property websites. Photographs were completed within 48 hours and quite rightly Paul waited for the best sunlight to capture the best aspects of the house (this was end of July). Once completed and reviewed and some additions to the descriptions we were set.

I was happy with the media bundle that Paul put together and with the discussions all the way through. He kept me abreast of the situation at times as was keen to actually listen to me every step of the way.

The house went up for sale at the beginning of August and the house was viewed by no fewer than half a dozen people with in the week. Within 10 days from being put on the market we had a firm offer which we accepted. We completed middle of October and the whole process from start to finish took a mere 12 weeks. I was delighted with Paul's shear attention to detail and pleasant and honest manner. He walked and steered my wife and I through the whole process even making some excellent recommendations for solicitors and removal companies, which we took up and were equally delighted with.

I would seriously recommend Paul and his team to provide your family with the best sales experience possible. Thank you Paul, Helen and Sophie for helping us achieve our goal in double quick time."
