"The brief sounded simple: sell the house, exchange and complete by mid October. Also ensure that the sale was to a family and not a student landlord. This was important to ensure that our neighbours, whom we had a fantastic relationship with, weren't left aggrieved.

Paul came around to review our property and after the normal pleasantries we got down to business. Before committing I wanted to see the draft property details as would be seen by any potential customer visiting his or one of the other property websites.
